What is it about holiday parties that make me want to bust out all the appetizer recipes? I could make a meal off of delicious appetizers and definitely skip the traditional sit down dinner! I am always looking to take the classic appetizer recipes and turn them into something unique. This recipe is a play on the ever so famous spinach and artichoke dip recipe, and honestly, this may be even better!

I have been striving to eliminate GMO laden foods from our diet and I love the convenience of and ingredients in the new PAM Non-GMO cooking sprays. They have a Coconut and Olive Oil variety in addition to the Avocado one that I used in this recipe. They all have less than three ingredients, which are all Non GMO Project verified, so you know exactly what is going in your food.

I love making easy things that taste great.
